Question: The information on the website remains unchanged
after login for a few times. What should I do?
This might be a case your browser is caching the old
information and uses it to refresh the pages you have visited. To resolve this
problem, follow the steps below: -

Step 1 In the Tool menu, choose Internet Options.

Step 2 Select the General tab. Click on the <Delete Files>
button.

Step 3 Choose Delete all offline content. Click on
the <OK> button to continue.

Step 4 Select the General tab. Click on the <Delete Cookies>
button.

Step 5 Click on the <OK> button to remove all
cookies.

Step 6 Click on the <OK> button to close the
popup window.
Question: The website does not allow me to login. What
should I do?
If you are using Internet Explorer, you may see a yellow
exclamation mark icon located at the bottom left corner of your browser as
shown below: -
Double-click
on the exclamation mark and you will see a popup window with the following

Our website is best supported with Internet Explorer
6.0 using WinXP operating system. It is best viewed at a resolution of
800X600. A JRE (Java Runtime
Environment) is also required for login. To check the version of the browser
you are using, select About in the Help menu.

On our homepage, you should be able to see a message Applet
PoolzConnectLoginApplet started indicated in the left side of the status bar shown
below. If you do not see the message, please refresh the current page and wait
for a while for the applet to load completely.
Sometimes you may not have a JRE installed in your
machine, to check whether or not a JRE is installed in you machine, you may follow
the steps below: -

Step 1 From your Start Program, go to Settings and select
Control
Panel.

Step 2 If you see a Java icon from the list of icons
in the control panel window, a JRE is already installed.

If you do not see a Java icon in the list from the
control panel window, you may not have a JRE installed. Please refer to our

having difficulty login to our website due to incorrect browsers setting, you

as you may not have the software pre-installed in your computer to use our
secure login function. To install a JRE in your machine, please click here. To do so over the web,

For offline installation of the JRE, please follow
the steps below: -

Step 1 Access the URL via our hyperlink or type in http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp.

Step 2 Click on the <Download> icon
button next to Windows (Offline Installation).

Step 3 Save the file to your local machine and double
click on the downloaded file as shown below: -

Step 4 Select Typical setup and click
on the Accept button to continue.

Step 5 Click on the <Next> button to proceed with the installation.

Step 6 To complete the installation, click on the <Finish> button
to end.

For online installation of the JRE, please follow the

Step 3 You may follow the instructions given on the

Question: How do I configure my browser settings to use the
website?
This
question assumes that you have already installed a JRE in your machine. The
settings in your browser may not be configured in a way allowing our secure
function to operate properly. Below are the steps on configuring your browsers
settings to enable our secure login function: -

Step 1 In the Tool menu, choose Internet Options.

Step 2 Select the Advanced tab and scroll down to Java (Sun).

Step 3 Be sure the box next to Use JRE
is checked.

Step 4 From the Advanced tab, scroll down to VM.

Step 5 Be sure the box next to JIT compiler

Step 6 Select the Security tab and click on Custom Level button.

Step 7 Scroll down to Scripting of Java Applets.

Step 8 Be sure that the Enable radio
button is checked.

Step 9 Click OK to save your preferences.

Step 11 From your Start Program, go to Settings and select
